Below you will find our No Show & Late Policy.
Please also note that we must respect all COVD-19 guidelines during your salon visit to ensure the safety of our guests and stylists.
No Show & Late Policy
Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Please remember when booking appointments that we require you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to scheduling if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be charged for your appointment as a “no-show” and will need to be rescheduled as it is crucial for our staff to stay on schedule as our services are time sensitive.
If you have more than 1 no-show, you may be required to pre pay your future appointments with Valley Roots.
Thank you for your understanding.
For any questions or concerns regarding appointments or timing, please reach out to us at the salon.
Extension & Product Policy
ALL extension consultations will be completed with all details including cost, method, colouring, maintenance, application, removal and any other questions you may have. A 50% deposit is required in order to place the order for hair.
PLEASE NOTE : Once extensions have been paid for and ordered, they are no longer refundable. The guest will be held responsible for any and all remaining costs associated.
ALL hair care items are final sale.
Credit Card Information
Due to last minute cancelations and no-shows, we do require a credit card in order to hold your appointment.
Please note - Our booking system is secure and we do NOT have access to this information. Valley Roots only has the ability to charge the card in the event of our cancelation or no show policy taking place.
Valley Roots Hair Salon Inc. and employees will NEVER require any sensitive information (including credit cards) via any social media or e-mail platforms as it is not secure. Should this occur, please disregard and notify the salon immediately.
Mask Update
As of March 21st, 2022 we are no longer required to wear masks. Your stylist understands that you may be feeling a multitude of emotions entering into this new phase of the pandemic.
Mask wearing will become OPTIONAL as of March 21st. Your comfort is our main priority. If your stylist is not wearing a mask and you are uncomfortable, please be honest and your stylist will put one on for the duration of your salon service. You may also make this request in the “notes” section when completing online booking any service.
We have always been and will remain to be welcoming and judgement free. Please be respectful of our other salon guests for their own personal preferences, mask or no mask.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us!
